On December 3, 2019, the Pentecostal Theological Seminary and the Church of God of Prophecy (COGOP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) providing the Master of Arts in Church Ministry degree program for theological formation of Latin American leaders. Dr. Michael L. Baker, PTS President, and Dr. David Han, VP for Academics, signed jointly with Bishop Sam N. Clements, General Overseer of the COGOP, and Bishop Benjamin Feliz, General Presbyter for Central America COGOP. Also present was Rev. Catherine Creasy, Executive Director of Leadership and Discipleship COGOP and Dr. Michael Hernandez, Program Coordinator COGOP. This MOU expands the continuing partnership between PTS and the COGOP. Dr. Baker said, “We are excited to join hearts and hand together with the expanded partnership of COGOP preparing men and women to share the gospel in the Spirit and Power of Pentecost!”
