CAMPUS SECURITY REPORT 2018
We report the crimes that happen on campus annually to the Tennessee Bureau of investigation as well as to the Department of Education. The information is compiled nationally by the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
As of Jan, 1 2018 thru Oct, 1 2018 there have been four crimes on PTS property that required police intervention. Three offenses involved drug abuse and one offense was motor vehicle theft. All four cases cleared by arrest.
**THE FOUR PREVIOUS STATED CRIMES ALL INVOLVED MISCULANEOUS PERSONS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE SEMINARYIN IN ANY ASPECT. THE CRIMES WERE COMMITTED IN AREAS THAT FALL WITHIN OUR GEOGRAPHICAL REPORTING PERMITERS.

REPORTING CRIMES
Should a student encounter a crime on campus (EMERGENCY) that requires police intervention, they should dial 911. As soon as time allows, the student should call either the Director of Facilities (security chief), or the receptionist desk to report the crime.
If a student has a non-emergency need but still requires police intervention, they should call the Cleveland Police Department at (423) 476-7511. Then follow the same procedure for contacting the campus security.

CAMPUS SECURITY REPORT
The campus security report is distributed each year (OCT, 1) by email to the students. This report is also distributed to the facility and staff by email.
Each month, the Incident Report book is updated to the crimes that are committed on campus. Also a copy of the report filed with the Department of Education is in this book. This book is kept at the receptionist desk in the R. Hollis Gause Administrative Building.
FIRE SAFETY REPORT 2018
The Pentecostal Theological Seminary is committed to a safe environment for all who attend our campus.
The main campus participates in two mandatory supervised drills each year. The faculty and staff attend a yearly meeting on evacuation procedures and fire safety education.
Listed below are the changes that have been made to meet local fire code standards. We are pleased to report that WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY FIRES on our campus this fiscal year.
All structures have passed city Fire Marshal’s Inspection conducted annually
