On May 3, 2017, the Dr. Michael L. Baker, Chancellor of Education and President of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary (PTS), and Dr. David Han, Vice President for Academics (PTS), met with Rev. Phyllis Thompson, Education Director of New Testament Church of God Leadership Training Centre (NTCG). As a result of this meeting, PTS and NTCG “express their mutual commitment to start an educational cohort program in the United Kingdom,” and have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) reflecting this commitment. As a result of this MOU, students in the UK will have the opportunity to study in the PTS Certificate Program, and will then be able to enter a PTS Master’s degree program upon completion of their certificate.
