Ilya is a graduate of PTSeminary with his Master of Divinity degree (2002). He went on to Asbury Theological Seminary to complete his Doctor of Ministry degree in Family Ministry and Counseling (2003). He is finishing his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky. Ilya served the Church of God Eurasian Theological Seminary in Moscow, Russia as the Provost from 1997 – 2013.Ilya needs the help of voluntaries to complete a survey which will be part of his research for his Ph.D.
