This requirement may be satisfied in one of two ways (A) The ministry requirement may be demonstrated by documenting 3 years of active ministry beyond the completion of an accredited graduate-level theological degree. (B) It may also be met by completing a portfolio demonstrating three years of theologically informed ministry. The portfolio must include a list of theologically oriented books and articles read during a three-year tenure of ministry and a list of in-ministry training completed during the same period plus a 7 to 10 page essay demonstrating how the readings and classes informed the practice of effective ministry.
