With current events and a global pandemic that fuel the uncertainties of life, many Christians are expecting and praying for a global revival. In keeping with this, great revivals are already taking place in various places in the Global South. The Indonesian Bethel Church is calling this move of God the “Third Pentecost.” But, what is revival? What are the issues and trends associated with the revivals, and what are the missional implications for the Church as it bears witness in/to the world? The implication for church planting is specifically explored. The present-day global Pentecostal Movement was birthed out of revival. The next great move of God is also expected to come with “the demonstration of the power of the Spirit” (1 Cor. 2:4). Take this course and find out about the issues, trends, and expectations present in global Pentecostalism, revival and harvest!
