Church Dedication Madison Indiana.

On Sunday May 1, 2022, Caleb Peacock, the Director of Finance at Pentecostal Theological Seminary traveled to Madison, IN for the New Heart Church of God’s building dedication. Administrative Bishop David Gosnell officially dedicated the newly constructed facility with several members of the Indiana State Council and Indiana pastors in attendance. The Seminary was able to provide the financing for the project through the PTS Endowment Church Loan Fund.

During the service, Mr. Peacock told the congregation “Our relationship is more than a business transaction; it is a great ministry partnership. PTS invests a portion of the institution’s endowment funds into local Church of God congregations with the interest earned being utilized for scholarships for PTS students.”

Over thirty years ago, the PTS Board of Trustees approved utilizing a portion of the Seminary’s endowment funds as an opportunity for Church of God congregations in the United States to secure loans. Since its inception, this program has been a blessing to numerous congregations literally across the U.S. The interest drawn from these loans is reinvested into student scholarships.

PTS is blessed to partner with congregations by providing financing they may not otherwise qualify for via traditional lending institutions, and in many cases, with better terms providing a “win-win” relationship between ministry partners.

The administration of PTS is committed to providing relevant, powerful education from a distinctly Pentecostal perspective. In addition to maintaining reasonable tuition rates, over 92% of our students receive some form of institutional scholarship made possible through the Seminary’s endowment investments.
