I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and am a Graduate of the Center for Latino Studies certificate program. I am currently pursuing my Master of Divinity at PTSeminary with a concentration in Biblical Studies.
My father has been a minister for more than 30 years in the Church of God and he always wanted to come to the Pentecostal Theological Seminary but he never could. But now I am a fruit of his efforts. As a Wesleyan-Pentecostal, I decided on PTSeminary for the tremendous history, prestige, and renown that I always heard about from fellow ministers, pastors, and friends.
After I graduate in 2016, I want to pursue a career in military chaplaincy. My admiration for military service members and my passion for ministry have combined to form a desire to use my seminary training in this challenging vocation.
